Hela Smart AR Helmet
I conducted user research for a Helmet and companion app. UX research to understand rider needs and safety requirements along the ride. This included digital product design to augment rider safety and communication through all stages of rider journey. It uses a smart head-up display (HUD) on the visor as well as speaker, mic and a companion app with realtime navigational and information display.

Next Steps
Reflection
-
Understanding all the elements of the tech stack in depth for fruitful integration.
-
Prototype the Version 1 of the physical product.
-
The app screens cover Hero moments for now, so next step would be to create the complete app experience.
-
Understand Emergency Protocols better for deeper integration in times of need.
-
Extensively figuring out the contextual timing of appearance of information.
