• Working as a multidisciplinary Product Designer for Aclima, a high-growth state venture funded startup in the Climate-Tech industry with a network of roving and stationary sensors providing exponentially greater resolution of multiple air pollutants, emissions and toxics than traditional approaches.
• Responsibilities include UX Research, UX Design, Prototyping, Data Visualization and UI Design for the SAAS B2B product Aclima Pro. The products are world’s most advanced air measurement and analysis platforms using mobile monitoring and sensing networks, visualized with hyper-local pollution data for Government Air Quality regulators, Utility companies and Community Based Organizations.
• Designed the Community Portal for public access to Community Based Groups and general public for transparency of actions and demonstrate this new way to map and analyze air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions relying on highest-quality scientific measurements and insights.
• Currently redesigning the design system for a new holistic system focused on consistency across products and accessibility for various teams while sprucing up the aesthetic impact for crucial data visualizations and dashboards.

Experience
Lead the design team in the 360° design, and technical processes with a team of a dozen interaction designers and motion & graphic artists. Management work included the service design of setting vision, defining workflows, aligning stakeholders across teams, matching desired output with relevant resources, leading direction, deployment and testing of designs to push the creative envelope. Finally assessing the impact and creating a holistic feedback loop.
Oversaw and worked on 100+ projects with an immensely gratified list of 40+ clients across the country with work in interactive product design, digital marketing, brand design & strategy and production & post production.
As the first employee of the new Design Studio I focused on setting up internal processes and consistently guiding new hires, leading to an exponential expansion and company culture imbibed with wonderful ethic and team spirit.
